本コースは、日本企業の人的資源管理について研究する。とりわけ、知的生産メカニズムにおける人的資源管理に焦点を当てる。また、アングロサクソン企業と日本企業の人的資源管理の原理を比較する。
（This lecture deals with the theory of human resource management in
Japanese firms. It especially focuses on the function of human resource
management policy in intellectual/knowledge production there. In
addition, it may consider the contrast of the human resource management
systems of Japanese model and Anglo-Saxon model.）
