Process of Course Registration

To be submitted to KBS Office by email

1) Course Registration
2) Japanese Language Course Registration Form-optional

Please submit Course Registration Form and (and other optional forms if necessary) by June 22nd, 2017. Exchange student should take at least 4 subjects.

Please note that you may not add any courses after June 22nd. KBS exchange students may cancel up to 2 courses during the cancellation period.

Japanese Language Class

GRADING SYSTEM OF KEIO BUSINESS SCHOOL

Grading

Grades for each course are determined by the faculty considering three elements;
(1) Score of final examination/paper, (2) Contribution to class, (3) Condition of attendance.

Grades

Students receive one of four grades; A, B, C, or D. The grades of A, B, and C are considered as "Pass" and D is considered "Failure".

Non-attendance

Students who miss more than 1/3 of all sessions automatically receive a "D".

Re-examination

If unavoidable circumstances prevent a student from taking the final examination, he/she may take a re-examination with the approval of the IP Director. A re-examination should be treated the same as a regular final examination.

Sending grades to the student's home institution

Transcripts will be sent to the student's home institution by the end of January.
