Important Note:
At KBS, degree programs are conducted in Japanese. Since our programs are discussion-based, students will be required to have high language proficiency in Japanese. More specifically, students whose native language is not Japanese must have at least JLPT N1 to join discussion in class.
When you contact your preferred professor to obtain his/her informal acceptance to supervise you, please describe information about your language proficiency in Japanese added to other necessary information. To show your ability of Japanese language, we strongly recommend you to contact the professor in your own written Japanese, not automatically translated.
DO NOT request a "Letter of Acceptance" to the professor, since they are not in charge of issuing these.
