1985年早稲田大学政治経済学部政治学科卒業。(株)本田技研工業を経て、1993年修士(経営学)(慶應義塾大学)取得。Arthur D. Little(Japan)を経て、米国Muse Associates社フェロー。1999年Ph.D.(経営学)(オハイオ州立大学)取得、慶應義塾大学大学院経営管理研究科専任講師に。助教授、准教授を経て現在教授。企業と社会フォーラム学会(Japan Forum of Business and Society) 会長。(~2024年)
