「アジアビジネス・フィールドスタディ同窓会」開催報告

　2025年3月7日・8日の2日間にわたり、韓国・ソウルにて「アジアビジネス・フィールドスタディ」の履修者を中心とした国際交流会を開催しました。この交流会には、慶應義塾大学ビジネス・スクール（KBS）、延世大学MBA（韓国）、清華大学MBA（中国）の3校から学生が集いました。

　「アジアビジネス・フィールドスタディ」は、KBS、延世大学、清華大学の3校が合同で実施している授業プログラムです。毎年、3カ国（日本・韓国・中国）のうち1カ国をホスト国として選定し、その国の企業を訪問し、各校混合のチームを編成し、訪問企業のビジネスモデルや直面する経営課題について調査・分析を行い、ディスカッションを行う内容となっています。

　昨年7月に実施されたフィールドスタディは日本がホスト国となり、首都圏を中心に複数の日本企業を訪問しました。授業期間中は、国境を越えて多くの時間を共有し、互いの考え方や価値観に触れることができました。また、授業外においても各国の学生同士が積極的に交流を深め、強い絆を築く機会となりました。

　今回の交流会は、その貴重な経験を一度きりのものにせず、授業を通して築いた強い絆をさらに深めたい、今後も継続的に関係を育んでいきたいと考え、履修者を中心に開催する運びとなりました。

　また、今回は日本を離れ、他の国の文化や学生生活についても理解を深めたいという意図から、韓国・ソウルでの開催を決定しました。延世大学では、現地の学生の皆さんのご協力のもとキャンパスツアーを実施し、広大な敷地のキャンパスを巡りながら、韓国の大学生活や教育環境について直接触れる貴重な機会となりました。

　さらに、延世大学の学生の皆さんから温かいおもてなしを受け、お互いに自然と打ち解けることができました。交流会では、互いの文化や日常生活についての話も多く交わされ、これまで以上に相互理解が深まる時間となりました。

　こうした関係が将来にわたって続き、この中から協業やパートナーシップといった形で、アジアのみならず世界を舞台に共にビジネスを創り上げていく仲間が生まれてくれたら、嬉しく思います。今回の出会いが、未来の可能性へと繋がっていくことを願っています。

On March 7th and 8th, 2025, we held an international exchange event in Seoul, South Korea, primarily for alumni who participated in the Asia Business Field Study program. Students from three schools--Keio Business School (KBS), Yonsei University MBA (Korea), and Tsinghua University MBA (China)--came together to reconnect and exchange ideas.

The Asia Business Field Study is a joint program conducted by KBS, Yonsei University, and Tsinghua University. Each year, one of the three countries (Japan, Korea, or China) serves as the host nation. Students from the three schools form mixed teams to visit companies in the host country, where they analyze business models and identify management challenges. The teams then propose solutions and engage in discussions based on their research analysis.

The program held on July 2024 was hosted by Japan, during which we visited several Japanese companies in the Tokyo metropolitan area. While we had intense discussions as part of the coursework, we also took the opportunity to actively build friendships outside of class. As a result, we developed strong lasting bonds that extended beyond the lectures.

This alumni exchange event was planned with the desire to further strengthen the connections we built during last year's program. Over the course of the field study, we shared valuable time across borders, gaining insights into each other's perspectives and values. We wanted to continue nurturing these relationships beyond the program, leading us to organize this reunion.

This time we decided to hold the event not in Japan, but in South Korea, with the aim of deepening our understanding of other cultures and student life abroad. At Yonsei University, we were given a campus tour thanks to the support of local students. As we explored the vast and historic campus, we gained firsthand insights into university life and the educational environment in Korea.

Moreover, we experienced the warm hospitality of the Yonsei MBA students, which helped us feel truly welcome. The friendly atmosphere allowed us to quickly reconnect and engage in open conversations. During the exchange, we shared not only business topics but also stories about our cultures and our daily lives, further deepening our mutual understandings.

We sincerely hope that the relationships we have built will continue to flourish in the future, and that some of us will become partners in collaborative ventures or business alliances. It would be a great pleasure to see these friendships lead to joint business opportunities, not only across Asia but on a global scale. We look forward to seeing how these connections will evolve and open doors to new possibilities in the future.

The CKJ program is a remarkable initiative that fosters cross-border collaboration among future business leaders of Korea, Japan, and China. Last summer's inaugural event at Keio University provided invaluable insights into Japanese business culture and strengthened the bond between our institutions. This March, our reunion in Korea further deepened friendships and mutual understanding. I sincerely thank Keio University for hosting such a meaningful program, and I look forward to seeing CKJ continue to build a strong network of future leaders across Asia.
